  1. I am no longer distributing reqtools.library with ASTG.  You
  2. still need ReqTools to use the prefs program, but that will soon
  3. go away, too. If you do not have ReqTools on your system, you may
  4. download it from many locations.  You need the 2.2C or later
  5. archive to get the correct version of ReqTools.library.

  7. I appologize for the inconvenience, but it's not fair to make
  8. everyone else pay the frieght for a library that few do not have.
